This is the calibration I carried on my Plasma according to D-Nice seetings explained in http://www.highdefjunkies.com
D-Nice's panel prep is step 1, and is used primarily to evenly age phosphors to such a degree that that the calibration settings you'll apply in step 2 will get the most consistent results.

Recommended 100 Hour Panel Prep Settings for North American Panasonic TC-PxxST30/GT30/VT30 models (ONLY to be used with Evangelo2's USB/SD Card Files!!!!!!!!)
*****Note: This procedure is designed to prepare your display for the reference settings listed below by aging all pixels equally with the same content.
This procedure is NOT designed nor recommended to be used as Break-in, Image Retention and/or Burn-in prevention.*****
To begin, here is a spelled out guide for setup if you want to know exactly which buttons to press when doing the initial setup, credit to IanS @http://www.highdefjunkies.com:
i: Put the batteries in your remote, and hit the red 'power' button
This will take you through a couple of initial setup steps. Skipped everything you can, as you can revisit this in the menu after you have done the prep.
ii: Plug your USB stick, with the photos on it, into the side of the TV. If you used a Mac to put the photos on, see question 2.
iii: Press 'VIERA TOOLS' -> Media-Player -> Photos
This will show thumbnails of all the pictures on your USB stick
iv: Now, press 'MENU' on your remote
Choose 'Picture' -> go in and make all the settings from post #1 up to the 'Slideshow Settings'
This will apply the settings to the photos in your slideshow
When done press the 'RETURN' button on your remote
v: Now press the red rectangular button under the 'R' on your remote
vi: Set the 'Slideshow Settings' from post #1
vii: Choose the top menu item here and press it to 'start slideshow'
viii: wait for 4 days or 100 hours :
iX:Enter into SM menu or ProSettings in Remote and enter Post #2
(for VT30 models, you can enter them in remote itself directly choosing HDTV source like BluRay-for each HDMI input and then advanced picture settings ProSettings in menu)

· Press and hold the {VOL -} button ON THE PLASMA TV.
· Then press the {INFO} button on the remote control 3 times.
· "Start Adjustment Menu" message will be displayed followed
by the Service Menu after few seconds.
· ADJUST {Picture Adjustment}
· WB-ADJUST {White Balance Adjustment}
· OPTION {Option Setting}
· V-SUS {V-SUS Adjustment}
· AGING
· SRV-TOOL {Service Tool}
{1} & {2} buttons move through options
Press the {2} button once to select "SRV-TOOL".
Then press the {OK} button to access it.
Using the cursor keys, highlight the right side
of the last item "PTCT :00.00.00.00.00" :
Then press and hold the {MUTE} button for 3 seconds.
Time and Count will be displayed in red color:
__TIME = Hours : Minutes of operation.
COUNT = Times the Plasma was powered on.
To exit, unplug the power cable.
WARNING BY BRUZZI: The {VOL+} and {VOL-} buttons are used
to change values while in the Service Menu. Make sure not to touch
those buttons when navigating menus / sub-menus.
